The methods used in performing the training experience are in accordance
with adult learning principles.
The audience is limited to 25 participants arranged in a U-shaped setting or in small groups to facilitate involvement and individual attention.
An experiential approach is taken using exercises, discussion, and small group work.
Audio visuals used normally include a Power Point presentation, VCR,
flipchart, handouts and CD player.
Intensive effort is given to customize
the program to the unique needs of the organization and audience.
